When to submit

Upon completion of your final doctoral research paper at the end of ITEC 8900, your paper must be approved with signatures and transmitted to the Graduate Studies Office by your professor/advisor using this form.

Completion Steps

Complete your final doctoral research paper

Finish writing your research paper during ITEC 8900, building upon the approved proposal from ITEC 7150. Ensure your paper meets all formatting requirements before submission.

Download & complete the Approval Form

Download the DScIT Final Research Paper Approval Page and complete all required fields.

Collect required signatures

Obtain all necessary faculty signatures on the approval form from your committee and advisor.

Transmit to the Graduate Studies Office

Your professor/advisor will transmit the signed paper and approval form to the Graduate Studies Office on your behalf, completing your doctoral research requirements.

Before you submit — quick checklist

  • Paper meets all formatting requirements (≤6000 words, Times New Roman, APA)
  • IRB approval obtained (if human subjects research was involved)
  • Approval form fully completed and all signatures collected
  • Professor/advisor ready to transmit to Graduate Studies Office
